5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. In such cases, a full refund or alternative options will be offered.
b. If you would like to cancel your enrollment, please do so in writing. If applicable, refunds will be processed per our refund policy.
6. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards others at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Institute, including course materials, is the property of the Institute and is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without the Institute's prior written permission.
8. Liability
The Institute is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during participation in any program. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
